For Team Managers

How to Register a Team
1

Open the registration link

  • Your administrator will send you a registration link for the season. Open it in any browser.
  • Use the Location and Age Group filters to find your league, then click a league card to expand it.
2

Enter team details

  • Click "Register team" on the league card.
  • Enter your team name.
  • For grading competitions, select a preferred division if you have one — this is optional and helps with placement after grading rounds.
  • Answer any additional questions from your organisation (e.g. uniform colour).
3

Enter manager details

  • Enter your name, email, phone, and a password. This creates your manager account.
  • If you already have a manager account, log in first — your details will be pre-filled.
4

Pay the registration fee (if required)

  • If a team fee is charged upfront, you'll be taken to a secure payment page. Enter your card details.
  • If fees are split across players, no payment is needed from you at this stage.
5

Log in to your manager portal

  • Go to the manager login page and sign in with the email you used.
  • From here you can invite players, view your schedule, and chat with your team.
Tip: If you manage multiple teams across different organisations, each org has its own login — use the org switcher in the manager portal header.
Note: Registration deadlines are set by your administrator. Late registrations may need admin approval.
How Grading Works
1

What is grading?

  • Grading is a process where teams play a short number of rounds (usually 3) to determine their competitive level before the main season begins.
  • After the grading rounds, the administrator reviews results and may move teams between divisions to create more even and competitive matches for the rest of the season.
  • If grading is not required — for example, if all divisions already look well-balanced — the season simply continues without any changes.
2

Choosing your preferred division

  • When registering, you can select a preferred division. This places your team into that division for the grading rounds.
  • Your preferred division is your best estimate of where your team fits — it is not locked in permanently.
  • After grading rounds are complete, the administrator will review results. If your team is clearly performing above or below your division, a move may be recommended.
3

What happens after grading rounds?

  • The administrator analyses the grading results and receives system recommendations for any division swaps or moves.
  • You will be notified if your team is moved to a different division.
  • If no changes are needed, the season continues in your current division.
  • Once grading is finalised, fixtures for the remaining rounds are generated based on the updated division assignments.
Tip: Grading rounds still count for the competition record, but the ladder is reset once grading is finalised so teams start on equal footing for the main season.
Note: Not all competitions use grading. If you do not see a preferred division option during registration, your league uses fixed divisions.
How to Invite Players to Your Team
1

Find your player invite link

  • Log in to the manager portal.
  • Your player invite link is shown on the dashboard. Click "Copy" to copy it.
2

Share the link with your players

  • Paste the link into your WhatsApp group, email, or team SMS.
  • Each player opens the link on their own device and fills in their details.
  • Players set their own password and get immediate access to the player portal.
3

Track who has joined

  • Your roster updates in real time as players register.
  • Go to your team page to see all registered players and their status.
Tip: Returning players from a previous season will be recognised by their email — no duplicate records are created.
How to Set Up Biometric Login (Face ID / Windows Hello)
1

Log in with your password

2

Set up the passkey

  • After logging in, a "Set up biometric login" prompt appears at the bottom of the screen.
  • Tap "Set up" and follow your device's prompts: Face ID on iPhone/Mac, fingerprint on Android, Windows Hello on PC.
3

Log in with biometrics

  • Next time you visit the login page, tap "Sign in with passkey".
